Description

This event will be a hybrid event with both in-person remote access options.  We will continue to offer remote access to those who do not wish to attend in person until the end of this years. We are excited to offer both options to our members!

Our Property Information Exchanges are a great opportunity to update your commercial market knowledge, interact with peers, share your commercial property listings, needs & ideas.   Please be sure to bring flyers on your commercial properties if you are attending in person.  We will allow attendees to pitch two properties for up to two minutes as time allows.

FEATURED PRESENTATION:

This month we will feature an update on "What's Going in Jarrell" by Mary Poche, Executive Director at Jarrell Economic Development Corporation. Jarrell is located in Williamson County which has been ranked by the U.S. Census Bureau as the 9th fastest growing county in the nation. The Census 2010 revealed an estimated population of 422,679, a 69% increase from Census 2000. And we are still growing.

9:00 conclusion

Time

7:30 am to 9:00 am. Remote users should log in at 8:00 am.

Pricing

Registration open to REALTOR agents & brokers only + Affiliate SPONSORS

$20 to attend in person

$10 to attend remotely (to help offset additional costs for Audio Visual to offer remote option)

48 hour cancellation notice to receive refund.  

Refunds will not be issued for those that register for in-person and switch to remote access less than 48 hours before event.
