COURSE OUTLINE

Forms, forms, so many forms! “Is that a TREC promulgated form? Is it a Texas Realtors form?” Does Texas Realtors have a form that fits my commercial transaction?   What about the lead up to my deal? In this course you will familiarize yourself with the forms available for use by license holders. After attending this course, you will be better prepared to select and utilized the best forms in your transactions.
