Michael Linehan is the President of LSI, a multi-disciplinary design firm dedicated to creating thoughtful, impactful spaces that elevate the built environment and improve quality of life. Building on LSI’s strong foundation in land planning and development consulting, Michael expanded its capabilities by launching the firm’s architecture and interior design studios, transforming LSI into a fully integrated design practice.

A licensed architect with professional degrees in both Architecture and Landscape Architecture, Michael brings a unique, holistic perspective to every project. His expertise spans a wide range of asset classes, from urban mixed-use and master-planned communities to affordable housing, hospitality, and custom residences. Under his leadership, LSI delivers innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that shape communities for the better.

Michael is a graduate of the AIA Leadership Collective and the Leadership Development Council of The Real Estate Council. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), where he actively drives land-use reform and policy improvements to support responsible growth.

At LSI, Michael leads all aspects of design and development, blending creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to push the boundaries of what’s possible. His leadership continues to propel LSI forward, making a lasting impact on the places people live, work, and connect.
