Mark Hansen is a graduate of Texas A&M University and brings over 30 years of experience in business, sales, recruiting, and management. Prior to joining Deal Vision, Mark played a pivotal role in launching and expanding recruiting firms across Central Texas. He quickly emerged as a top performer in the industry and steadily advanced into upper management, earning numerous accolades for his leadership and results.

Mark has a true passion for helping people and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships. His ability to listen, understand, and act on client needs has made him a trusted advisor and partner. With a strategic mindset and a solutions-oriented approach, Mark excels at identifying opportunities for improvement and driving measurable results.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark is deeply committed to serving his community. He has volunteered with organizations such as Mobile Loaves & Fishes and Habitat for Humanity, and he currently serves as an usher at his church. A former PGA Teaching Professional, Mark remains an avid golfer and enjoys mentoring others—often sharing tips with clients on the course. Mark and his wife have been happily married for 27 years and have raised their four children in Austin, Texas. He finds joy in time with family and takes great pride in their achievements.
